The 6th "Palencia Truffle" Fair is held on March 1st in Baltanás with a full program of events

The Plaza de España in the town of Cerrato will be the meeting point for the fair. The town council and the Chair of Mycology at the University of Valladolid are collaborating on this event, organized by the Palencia provincial government, which will bring together leading companies in research and technology related to this prized fungus, as well as professionals and enthusiasts in the sector, on Sunday, March 1st.
