Goals
Organic production, also called biological or ecological production, is an agri-food management and production system that combines various sustainable practices.
- To provide greater skills in best environmental practices that allow the preservation of natural resources.
- To obtain a production that meets the preferences of a greater number of consumers, diversifying the agricultural and economic activity of the rural environment.
- Acquire the fundamentals relating to the basic techniques for the management of agricultural holdings with ecological methods and practices.
