Incorporation into the agricultural company for young farmers - Knowledge about the environment and sustainability (20h)

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

• Improve the qualifications of professionals in the agri-food sector and improve the competitiveness of companies in the sector.
• Promote generational change by placing emphasis on groups of young people and women linked to the agri-food sector.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

• To train participants to meet the training requirements necessary to establish themselves as agricultural entrepreneurs in accordance with current regulations.
• That participants are able to manage their agricultural holding from a practical and business perspective, controlling the different areas involved in the business process that are not specific to the area of agriculture but rather general management areas that help them run their companies efficiently and competitively.

RECIPIENTS

Young people with the following profiles: farmers, members and directors of agricultural cooperatives, preferably; and in general, farmers who want to dedicate themselves to improving the management of their farms. Special attention will be paid to groups of young people, women and members of EAP, EAPIR or Producer Groups.
