How to load plots into the operating logbook
In this workshop, we'll explain how to load plots into the Farm Logbook without having to type them in one by one.
The first step to begin working with the Farm Log is to upload the plots and crops that make up each farm.
At aGROSlab, we've developed several tools to help you with this task, making it extremely simple and quick.
Although you can always upload plots manually, the automated systems implemented by aGROSlab make this exceptional. aGROSlab not only uploads the plots and creates the associated crops, but also incorporates the geometries associated with each one, so you can immediately see them on the map, both on your computer screen and on your mobile device.
In this workshop, we'll explain how to clone plots from one season to the next, filtering by crop and specifying the rotation so that all plots appear with their new crops so you can start working immediately.
Another extremely practical way to work is to use Excel : download the set of enclosures that make up the farm in Excel format, edit all the necessary data with this familiar, highly productive tool, and import it into the new agricultural campaign.
Perhaps the most common way to upload plots is to download the Excel spreadsheet containing the data for the farm's enclosures from the public single application platform for CAP aid , the citizen's folder, or the farm registry of the corresponding Autonomous Community. aGROSlab incorporates a comprehensive catalog of file formats for the different Autonomous Communities and campaigns, so that in the event of a three-year inspection, you can download the plots for each of them, even if the formats have changed, and you can also view their geometries immediately on the map.
Finally, aGROSlab has adopted the data exchange format established by the FEGA (Spanish Agricultural Development Agency) within the framework of the Agricultural Holding Information System (SIEX) . This means that if the farm data is updated in the REA (Regulatory Registry) of the Autonomous Community of Registry and the owner has authorized the Authorized Entity that manages that Registry, aGROSlab will be able to directly and automatically download the plot data from the REA , including their geometries.
A wide range of options that cover the needs of all users and that you can learn about in detail in this online workshop.
