Free course on digitalization of water consumption and sensors
Description
On June 25, 26, and 27, a face-to-face training event will take place at the headquarters of the Páramo Medio Irrigation Community in Bercianos del Páramo (León), from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., organized by iRiego, a company specializing in irrigation innovation and participating in the European WaterCrop project.
The digital transformation of the agricultural sector continues to advance, and one of the keys lies in smart water management. In this context, iRiego New Generation is organizing a new in-person training program entitled "Digitalization of Water Consumption and Sensors." This free and open course is designed for farmers, technicians, and irrigation professionals who wish to acquire practical and up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies in water control and efficient use.
Course contents:
- The importance of digitalization in water management.
- Operation and application of control and telemetry systems .
- Use of artificial intelligence in water meter reading .
- Identification and use of sensors applied to irrigation .
- Practical field visit to observe sensors and telemetry systems in real operation.
