Course validated as supplementary training to access aid intended to encourage young people to enter the agricultural sector, specifically to set up an intensive pig farm. HOM2025-00-0031 Best available techniques to reduce environmental impact in
pig farms.

Goals:

To train pig farm staff in the implementation of Best Available Techniques (BAT), in order to comply with BAT 2.b of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/302, which sets out conclusions on best available techniques under Directive 2010/75/EU concerning intensive poultry and pig farming. The objective is to apply best practices to reduce environmental impact, improve sustainability, and ensure animal welfare.
