This project represents an important step in consolidating our institution's internationalization. Drawing on the experience of previous projects, our goal is to enhance the skills and opportunities we offer our participants. We pursue this project primarily for two reasons: first, the personal, human, and linguistic development that an exchange can provide participants. This project is also directly geared toward creating job opportunities in rural areas in the field of entrepreneurship and business initiatives.
Currently, the employment situation in Spain is dire, especially among youth, with high unemployment rates affecting young people in our country. Students' participation in jobs in their host countries will allow them to develop professional skills such as initiative, commitment, responsibility, versatility, and teamwork, which will increase their competitiveness and employability.
Project activities will include: An intensive language course (English and German) as a complement to the project's online course (OLS). The course will last several weeks and will end in February 2020. Mobility for five students. Two participants will travel to Denmark and two others to Germany for internships from March to May 2020. The students will also complete internships in various companies. Mobility for two teachers to France for internships in Dual Vocational Training (DV). May 2020.
The project's objective is to offer solutions and tools to address youth unemployment issues in our country. During these mobility programs, students will acquire knowledge in the subject "Workplace Training." The training acquired will be accredited through the Europass Mobility Certificate.
The expected outcomes are the development and training of the rural population. Through these mobility programs, we hope that students will improve their linguistic, technical, and personal skills and acquire the maturity and independence that only a stay abroad can provide. Furthermore, participants will increase their employability and professional skills. Furthermore, teachers participating in this project will be able to put into practice the ideas and methodologies observed during the "Job Shadowing" period while improving their linguistic proficiency. Our educational center will experience a significant impact after the project concludes. Finally, the partner educational centers will gain experience in the agricultural and forestry education system of each participating country. This will allow us to improve our dual vocational training system.
