This project includes three in-person training sessions and three blended training sessions in the autonomous communities of Extremadura and Andalusia, specifically in the cities of Badajoz, Seville, and Granada. The in-person training session will last 100 hours, while the blended training session, which will consist of an "employment triathlon," will last 20 hours.
The project is aimed at unemployed individuals. The overall objective is to train environmental graduates in tools applied to the design and improvement of sustainable business processes, which will help them find quality employment.
It should be noted that this is an initiative co-financed by the ESF, aimed at providing quality training and employment, and is therefore free of charge for recipients.
The Professional Association of Graduates in Environmental Sciences of Andalusia (COAMBA), as the beneficiary entity, launched the "Sustainability Expert in Business" project on November 1, 2018. This project aims to promote green jobs in Andalusia and Extremadura. It includes the development of free initiatives co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Empleaverde Program of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition.
