The project offers 232 hours of specialized training in the Circular Economy—134 hours in person and 100 hours online—combining the blended learning with a dynamic "Green Breakfast and Coaching" session that will provide attendees with a realistic overview of the challenges and opportunities offered by the main productive sectors, complementing the session with tools for improving employability. All sessions will be taught and facilitated by specialized mentors.
Training characteristics
Locations: Murcia and Andalusia Training hours: 232 hours (132 hours in person / 100 hours remotely)
BLENDED TRAINING: 124 hours in person / 80 hours distance learning. Target audience: 73 unemployed people from each Community. Including visits to success stories in the Circular Economy.
GREEN BREAKFAST AND COACHING: 8 hours in person / 20 hours online Target audience: 97 unemployed people from each Community A. Green breakfasts (2 hours in person) Working groups led by experts to identify the challenges and opportunities offered by the productive sectors (Metal, Agri-food, Plastic, Chemical and Naval, among others). B. Green Coaching (6 hours in person + 20 hours online) Boosting personalized employability with a focus on the Circular Economy. B1. In person-group
Employability techniques: talent development, quality mapping, attitude, networking, personal skills, communication strategies and impactful digital marketing, effective presentation
New technologies as an employability factor in CE: Big Data, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain. B2. Open Innovation. A real-life CE challenge from a company will be proposed, with remote tutoring. The solutions provided will be evaluated and presented to companies by the recipients, increasing the likelihood of being hired.
The GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE REGION OF MURCIA collaborates on the project and is aligned with the Regional Circular Economy Strategy of the Region of Murcia.
A project to create green jobs by training unemployed people to take on a new role in organizations: that of Circular Economy Manager (CEM), helping companies transition to this new model. CETENMA, the Energy and Environment Technology Center, offers comprehensive, free training for 291 unemployed people.
