Biodiversity Foundation Project: LABS SOSTIENE RURAL

Description

The Labs Sostiene Rural project aims to create companies with new lines of business to recover areas experiencing economic decline due to rural depopulation and with high ecological value in Extremadura and Andalusia.

The project encompasses various actions to facilitate access to information and training for entrepreneurs in rural areas. Four integrative Labs with social and environmental impact will be implemented, promoting sustainable businesses and generating activities with environmental value. Each Lab will have nine actions: one mixed individual consultation, two in-person group consultations, and six mixed training sessions. Synergies and opportunities among participants will also be identified.

Collaborative dynamics will be used as part of the Demoday, along with inspiring visits and talks with established figures from the world of entrepreneurship. Design Thinking, Lean Startups, and Ecocanvas methodologies will be applied. This itinerary will ensure the acquisition of the necessary skills for entrepreneurs to successfully navigate the process of starting a business and creating a company.
