Biodiversity Foundation Project: Improving the qualifications and employability of workers in environmental sectors linked to the circular economy

Description

The project aims to train workers working in companies or institutions with expertise in environmental issues in new technologies and approaches linked to the circular economy. These new trends are primarily related to gardening, pest control, waste management, environmental certifications, lifecycle analysis, and energy efficiency.

It is based on training activities with updated and modern topics, social innovation initiatives, especially the sharing of problems and innovative solutions, and advice on specialized topics. The project should ensure that employees acquire current knowledge on all topics related to the circular economy.

Objectives

Improve the skills and abilities of environmental sector workers in rapidly developing areas linked to new trends in the circular economy.
