Biodiversity Foundation Project: Employment Pathways

Description

The project includes training courses for unemployed people and complementary social innovation initiatives. The project's philosophy is to improve job placement opportunities through training and intermediation with companies in the sector. As a social innovation, it proposes job placement support and assistance with the support of the Municipal Employment Agency.

Description of activities

This project will be developed simultaneously in Malaga and Ciudad Real. It will include two online training courses, each for 35 students, and an in-person course for 30. The project will train 100 people in total. The online courses will last approximately 300 hours, while the in-person course will last 25 hours. The courses will be complemented by activities aimed at companies operating in the green economy.

Objectives

Promote job creation, local development, and the employment of unemployed young people through training and internships in the green economy sector.
