The AgroEcoinnova project is a holistic project that works across all stages of organic farming. It offers a series of training activities aimed at providing agroecological training to unemployed people, providing them with tools that adapt their work profile to the current needs of the organic production sector, specifically for each of the participating autonomous communities and according to the growing sectors.
AgroEcoinnova offers training activities in the regional governments of the Mediterranean region, from primary production to processing and quality control, distribution and marketing, as well as inspection and certification of organic production. Social innovation activities will also be developed to reinforce the training component of the project. These activities will implement innovative methodologies that promote the employability of the beneficiaries.
AgroEcoInnova—Agroecological Training for Rural Employment—contributes to improving the skills of the unemployed in organic agricultural production techniques to adapt their job profile to the current needs of the organic production and innovative rural employment sectors.
