The project aims to improve the skills and qualifications of both farmers and ranchers, as well as the technical staff of production companies in the sector, through agroecological practices.
Spain is the leading producer in the European Union and the fifth largest worldwide. A new European regulation governing organic food production will soon come into force, so training professionals in the new regulatory requirements is essential.
Through social innovation initiatives, the sector aims to provide the capabilities and tools to highlight the work it does, understand the positive contributions it makes to society and the environment, and become an active part of the development and implementation of agricultural policies.
