Description
The project promotes the profitable and sustainable cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants in Murcia through the selection of adapted species, clonal multiplication, rhizosphere analysis and metabolite production, thus optimizing profitability, sustainability and agronomic management in the face of climate change.
Results
Establishment of a rapid protocol for selecting the most productive individuals for essential oils. In vitro clonal multiplication of selected individuals. Pre-selection of cloned PAM candidates for field evaluation. Isolation of microorganisms from the PAM rhizosphere for evaluation with selected plant clones.
