Description
The project analyzes the agronomic and economic impact of using desalinated seawater on irrigated crops in the Segura River basin. It evaluates the effects on production, irrigation needs, and fertilization, considering current and future hydrological scenarios.
Results
Characterization of the effects of AMD irrigation on agricultural production, irrigation needs, and fertilization requirements. Assessment of the economic impact of AMD irrigation. Dissemination of the results to the agricultural sector through a dedicated workshop.
