Description
Development of a mathematical tool that allows the identification of potential energy savings in the malt production process, identifying partial energy consumption patterns, based on: External parameters to the process (relative humidity, outside temperature, etc.) Internal parameters (set temperature, internal humidity of raw material) through a hybrid modeling (physical transposition of equations and subsequent parameterization) of the energy and production processes.
Results
Energy consumption baseline calculation tool to optimize efficiency, reduce operating costs and open the door to predictive analysis.
