Regulatory modification of the Sectorial Intervention of the Vitiviniculture of the green harvest

The approved Royal Decree enables the autonomous communities to adjust the management of the green harvest as much as possible to the strategy and specific objectives established in their territory. The new Royal Decree modifies the regulation of the Wine Sector Intervention within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in the requirements of the aid applications , admissibility of the applicants, priority criteria, in the calculation of the amount and in the specific payment procedure, and in relation to the type of intervention of investments in tangible and intangible assets of the Wine Sector Intervention, the concept of intermediate payment is clarified in order to guarantee greater legal certainty.
