Start date: 05/10/2023
Ending date: 15/03/2023
Modality: Online

Description

COURSE PRESENTATION

Knowing the real value of things continually requires valuation. This value may vary depending on its purpose. Sometimes, knowing this value helps us decide whether or not to make certain investments (purchase, sale, lease, etc...).

Through this course, the different existing purposes will be studied, as well as the application of the different methods based on these. It has been proposed to be an eminently practical course with a great diversity of assumptions and exercises in order to speed up learning.

RECIPIENTS

Aimed at Agricultural Engineers, Agricultural Technical Engineers and professionals in the agricultural sector who wish to know the methods of valuation of rural properties, agricultural operations, forestry plantations, ornamental plants, etc.

In the different modules, the valuations of properties in which there are certain charges or encumbrances are studied; leases, censuses, usufructs, easements...

In addition to the type of report model required depending on the expert purpose: valuations for financial or insurance entities, forced expropriations, non-monetary contributions to commercial companies, etc.

Finally, a presentation will be made on the valuation of companies, applicable to the case of medium or large-sized agri-food farms or industries (SMEs), whose valuation will be influenced by other factors: financial situation, marketable products. marketing markets, suppliers, etc.

GOALS

That attendees know the different valuation methods and when to use one or the other, in addition to knowing the requirements that current legislation requires in each case.
