Arax 3 Operational Group: Aragonese Network of Extensive Crops and Legumes

The aim is to improve productivity, economic profitability, resource management, and opportunity utilization in extensive farming operations and the cereal-related agro-industry in Aragon. This will be achieved by generating information on the adaptability of varieties, traditional crops, and new crops in the diverse agro-climatic areas of Aragon. 2. To improve the sustainability of farms by reducing fertilizer use while maintaining production and quality. This will be achieved by generating information on the sustainable use of fertilizers in the diverse agro-climatic areas of Aragon. 3. To contribute to information, advisory, and knowledge transfer systems through the consolidation of public-private networks. This will be achieved by maintaining this network and strengthening dissemination and knowledge transfer activities as outlined in the project, and by incorporating technologies in the collection and processing of trial data. 4. To maintain cooperatives as agricultural social structures in the region by involving them in knowledge ownership and transfer.
