The RIA-CCC project (Innovation and Advisory Network for Short Supply Chains) offers a new opportunity to further explore the regulations applicable to Short Supply Chains (SSCs) . The next event will be an online technical seminar bringing together experts in agri-food regulations on March 6, 2026 , from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with the aim of strengthening specialized knowledge and providing practical criteria for advising on direct and local sales .

The session will continue the legal issues, doubts and proposals for flexibility identified during the innovation café held on February 11 , addressing the current regulatory framework and the aspects that have the greatest impact on the daily activity of producers and those who accompany them in marketing.

Featured content and presentations

The seminar will include a practical legal analysis focused on:

  • clarify recurring doubts about the legal framework of the CCCs,
  • to identify real margins for flexibility within the current regulations,
  • and review regulatory differences between autonomous communities .

The keynote address will be given by Marcos M. Fernando Pablo , Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Salamanca . The session will also include ample time for questions, discussion, and conclusions with the participants.
