The hospitality industry in Zaragoza is being trained with Teruel Ham thanks to a masterclass and a specialized course

Hospitality establishments in the province of Zaragoza that are committed to Aragonese products of differentiated quality will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and proper handling of Teruel PDO Ham through a specific training program that will be developed in the coming weeks.
The initiative will kick off on February 16th, from approximately 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a free masterclass entitled " Sensory Experience with Teruel PDO Ham ," led by master ham carver Pedro José Pérez Casco . The session will take place at the Zaragoza Association of Café and Bar Owners.
Subsequently, from February 23rd to March 9th, a free ham carving and tasting course will be held , consisting of 30 hours of training , which will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at the same venue. The course will be led by Toño Palacio, a master ham carver.
In addition to the technical training, the program includes, from February 23 to March 15, the sale of Jamón de Teruel PDO in the establishments adhering to the events.
