AGROALNEXT Project: Rapid analytical techniques to assess safety, adulteration, and traceability in bee products. Application to a crop in agroecological transition.

In recent years, there has been an increase in pests and diseases affecting plants and animals, jeopardizing food security. This research will directly contribute to one of the most important current challenges facing agricultural production: reducing the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. This approach will directly benefit agriculture, beekeeping (by being more environmentally friendly), and, of course, consumers, who will have access to more sustainable and healthier food.
