COAG is organizing a conference in Vícar to promote generational renewal and the incorporation of young people and women into agriculture.

The Coordinator of Farmers' and Ranchers' Organizations (COAG) will hold the technical conference "Stimulating generational change. Incorporating young people and women into agricultural activity" on July 24 in Vícar, Almería. This event is part of its knowledge-sharing and training program within the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027.
The event, which will take place at 4 Zurgena Street , seeks to address the main challenges and opportunities for ensuring generational change in the agricultural sector, with special attention to the role of women and young people as key players in the future of the sector.

This meeting aims to create a space for learning, inspiration, and debate around the keys to facilitating access to agricultural activity for new generations, as well as modernizing the countryside with an inclusive and technological perspective.
