Description
The E-Food Operational Group seeks to develop strategies for controlling food safety in raw materials intended for animal feed, jointly utilizing existing systems in different autonomous communities based on a technological platform that aims to standardize these controls, increasing their efficiency and effectiveness.
The risks of hazards in animal feed are studied jointly, evaluating the food safety of each study area and comparing sources and suppliers.
