The Task Force aims to establish guidelines for achieving a valued and profitable product for existing farmers and the professionalization of the palm sector.

The aim is to update a traditional sector, bringing the crop closer to the consumer in order to promote its commercialisation. The specific objectives are 3:

1. Assess the status of palm groves.
2. Establish protocols for organic farming.
3. Market in a differentiated way by involving the consumer in the distribution channel.
