Description
This operational group envisions the creation of a short online channel for the purchase and sale of fruit and vegetable products, as a complementary marketing channel to the traditional one.
This short online channel is characterized by its direct connection between the two ends of the agri-food chain: producers and customers. The direct consequences are easy to see.
By reducing intermediation costs in the short online channel, we ensure that these costs are directly passed on to both ends of the chain: on the one hand, producers receive higher agricultural income from their products, and on the other, consumers receive higher quality products.
Objectives
- Identify the minimum intermediation actors necessary and essential to design a short distribution channel for fruits and vegetables that uses the Agroboca model and allows all producers to directly access the different stages of the marketing chain with greater quality and added value using digital tools.
