Drones to improve the application of phytosanitary products and fertilizers in corn crops

This Operational Group proposes the use of drones for the application of phytosanitary products and fertilizers in corn fields.

The drones will be equipped with a pesticide spraying system and optical sensors to automatically define the areas where it is appropriate to spray the product or not, as well as the appropriate amount of it.

The system will operate with brushless electric motors, will allow autonomous navigation using previously planned waypoints and will adapt to the terrain's topography so that spraying is carried out under optimal conditions.
