Changes in livestock feed to reduce methane emissions and increase milk productivity

The aim of this Task Force is to achieve a reduction and limitation of methane emissions from cattle used for milk production, and to increase their productivity through changes in diet.

Adopting better practices in cattle feeding will mitigate CH4 emissions, and reducing these emissions is necessary to reduce the impact of cattle on climate change and to increase the efficiency of dairy animals.
