Description
The aim of the Task Force is to improve the shelf life of organic fruit through innovative practices such as the application of biocontrol agents.
Objectives
The specific objectives will be the following:
- Application of biocontrol agents (yeasts), in pre-harvest and post-harvest.
- Adaptation of the technique.
- Evaluation of the potential toxicity and pathogenicity of the agents that constitute the final biocontrol formula.
