Objectives

Goals:

  • To test the effectiveness of yeasts as mold controllers in the laboratory, seeking a new phytosanitary product to control diseases in the field.
  • Improve the post-harvest life of the fruit.
  • Obtain a fruit with less pesticide residue content.
  • Offer safe and tasty fruit in the market.
