Operational Group: Incorporating the environmental services of prescribed silvopasture into the value chain of the grass-based agri-food product: technology transfer strategies for technical herds

The newly created Task Force is developing a project that aims to promote the economic viability of extensive livestock farming through the implementation of prescribed grazing plans, technological innovation, and the short-circuit sale of grazing agricultural products. This technical update should make it possible (by leveraging existing resources and without creating new ad hoc structures) to improve the performance of established systems and circuits, while also exploring and creating new economic and rational opportunities in line with the current socioeconomic situation.
