Description
Facilitate interoperability and intelligent carbon footprint diagnosis between farmers and wineries to contribute to mitigating climate change in the wine sector.
Objectives
- Determine the calculation of the carbon footprint in the vineyard and in the wineries.
- Provide the wine sector with an intelligent digital tool for status analysis and recommendation of actions that facilitates decision-making related to mitigating the effects of climate change in the sector.
- To analyse the characteristics and status of the current certification of the carbon footprint in the wine sector (WfCP) and make technological proposals that can increase the value of the certification and encourage its more widespread use.
- Disseminate and promote actions to mitigate the carbon footprint in the wine sector.
