Description
Innovations in hop cultivation in Spain, incorporating improvements in processes, technologies and sustainable management of water resources, fertilizers and pest control, promoting the organization and profitability of agricultural farms.
Objectives
- Sustainable pest and disease control.
- Optimization of the irrigation and fertilization system.
- Environmental and economic sustainability of farms.
Results
- Proposal for phytosanitary products, incorporation of microorganisms with positive interaction with the hop plant and development of an Integrated Pest Management guide.
- Fertilization and irrigation strategy to optimize yield and quality.
- Proposal for eco-sustainable technologies for waste recovery and development of a digital farm management system.
- Definition of the specific cultivation techniques, specifying methods of action, schedule and treatment doses.
