The MAPA promotes innovation in agricultural biotechnology through the StartBEC program: six companies were selected in the second edition.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food, in collaboration with the AINIA technology center, has selected six startups that will perfect their bioeconomy solutions and processes within the second edition of the StartBEC technology development program . This program seeks to foster sustainable innovation in areas such as sustainability, the circular economy, and biomass production.
The six selected are: BioMixing, Bzero, Catalyxx, ProtheiMA, Madeinplant and Néboda Farms.
