Guide on de minimis aid prepared by the Principality of Asturias

The Principality of Asturias has launched a Guide on de minimis aid that summarizes in a simple way many of the common questions on the subject, as well as the new features introduced by the most recently approved de minimis regulations .

As you may recall, in the context of state aid, "de minimis" refers to small amounts of money that a European Union Member State may grant to companies without having to notify the European Commission. Such aid is considered so minor that it does not distort competition in the single market.
