Fifth edition of the Talenta Awards in support of the empowerment of rural women

On March 8, International Women's Day, the awards were presented for the 5th edition of the TalentA program, which was created with the aim of supporting and making visible the talent and entrepreneurship of women in rural areas.

The winners of the award organized by FADEMUR and Corteva Agriscience were: Winner , Virginia Fradejas Alonso with the KAMARERE project (Boecillo, Valladolid) dedicated to the production of dehydrated ingredients in powder form from fruits and vegetables discarded for aesthetic or commercial reasons. The two Finalist awards went to the Fromatgeria Linens project (Bellmunt del Priorat, Tarragona) by the Orós Añón sisters for the sufficient production of milk using solar energy and hydroponic pasture for livestock, and María Bouzas with her Tataraboas project (Antas de Ulloa,   Lugo) that pays homage to the wisdom of grandmothers through traditional recipes, combining innovative ingredients in the preparation of cookies.
