Farmers share their agroecological practices – AGLAÉ Case
Description
The AGLAE (Farmers Share Their Agroecological Practices) project aims to create a repository of innovative agroecological practices in large scale crops and livestock farming (LSCL), Viticulture and Arboriculture, rated by experts and based on feedback from locally identified farmers in the Occitania region in France. The system is based on the identification of agroecological practices by advisors with farmers in their area. The practices are then studied by a committee of regional experts who rate the innovation and verify its transferability to other systems. All practices approved by AGLAE are available through testimonials from innovative farmers, in videos and testimonial files.
