Description
The European modernAKIS project, which works to strengthen Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS) across the European Union, has launched a new survey targeting key stakeholders in the agricultural sector . It has now extended the deadline for responses to 20 September 2025. The objective of the consultation is to identify training and skills development needs by 2026, in order to move towards a more modern, resilient, sustainable, and competitive agriculture.
This initiative is part of the Transformative AKIS Journeys approach, which the project promotes in collaboration with the system's own stakeholders. These journeys consist of personalized capacity-building itineraries , co-designed with participants and tailored to their specific needs.
Who can participate?
All members of the modernAKIS network are invited to contribute to this annual assessment. Their contributions are key to prioritizing current challenges and designing training activities that address the sector's real challenges.
