Call for applications for the 2025 Food of Spain Award is now open

Description

The purpose of this award is to promote and stimulate the different elements of the food chain in the production, transformation, use, knowledge and consumption of food and to recognise their marketing, innovation, rural development, environmental care and internationalisation efforts, and in the production and promotion of quality food.

For the XXXVII edition, the call is open until March 17, 2025 , date on which the deadline for submitting applications closes.

The modalities in which you can participate are:

  • "Foods of Spain Award for the Food Industry"
  • "Spanish Food Innovation Award"
  • "Foods of Spain Award for Entrepreneurial Initiative"
  • "Foods of Spain Award for Organic Production".
  • "Foods of Spain Award for Food Internationalization"
  • "Food of Spain Award for Fishing and Aquaculture Production"
  • "Foods of Spain Award for Communication"
  • "Foods of Spain Promotion" Award.
  • "Spanish Food Award for Restaurants"
  • "Foods of Spain Award for the Initiative to Reduce Food Waste"
  • "Extraordinary Food of Spain" Award.

Participation may be granted to agricultural holdings, aquaculture facilities, food and fishing companies, entities, organisations or associations, regardless of the legal form they adopt, whose main headquarters are located within the national territory, as well as to natural persons who carry out their activity in Spain and who meet the requirements established specifically for each of the award categories.
