Call for the 5th Commitment to Equality Awards, from AFAMMER
Description
The Association of Families and Women in Rural Areas (AFAMMER) has announced the 5TH EDITION OF THE COMMITMENT TO EQUALITY IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT AWARDS 2024. The aim of these awards is to raise awareness in society about the importance of equal opportunities between men and women for sustainable rural development.
The awards recognise women, men, media, communicators, companies and institutions that contribute to promoting the role of women in the rural world, in matters related to equality, visibility, defence of the rural environment and work for the sustainable development of rural areas; distinguishing three categories:
- “A woman committed to the future of rural life”
- “Dissemination of equality linked to rural development”
“Women entrepreneurs in rural areas”
