The 2025 European Union ARIA Awards are now open for entries.
Description
The European CAP Network has launched the third edition of the ARIA (Agricultural & Rural Inspiration) Awards 2025 , under the theme "Shaping tomorrow together." These awards recognize outstanding rural initiatives funded by the EAFRD and EAGF funds, which strengthen sustainability, food security, and rural development.
The process involves submitting nominations at the national level, after which a selection process is carried out to select the projects that the Spanish PAC Network ultimately presents as representative and worthy of the award.
Projects can be submitted in one of these four categories:
- smart agriculture
- environment
- rural socioeconomic revitalization
- generational change
A special award for gender equality will also be presented.
Applications must be submitted through the PAC Network (redpac@mapa.es or the regional offices) before 11:59 p.m. on July 4 , using the forms available on their website in Spanish or English.
