Characterization of the Biohealthy Compounds of the Purple Carrot

In the town of Cuevas Bajas (Málaga), a native variety of purple carrot known as "Zanahoria Morá" is grown. This variety is characterized by its intense purple exterior, an orange middle layer, and a distinctive purple core. The purple interior color appears to be influenced by the growing area, as it has been observed that this variety grown elsewhere does not develop this color.

Influence of the use of plant covers on the agronomic performance of an organically grown vineyard

This paper presents the results obtained between 2013 and 2018 in a Pedro Ximénez vineyard grown organically in southern Córdoba. Three soil management treatments were evaluated: traditional tillage (TTT), spontaneous vegetation cover (SVC), and seeded vegetation cover (SVC).
