The Vet+i Foundation will address AI and digitalization in animal health at a biomedical conference in Barcelona

The Vet+i Foundation will participate on May 28th in the XIX Annual Conference of Biomedical Research Technology Platforms , which will be held in Barcelona under the motto "Scientific and industrial excellence: towards the consolidation of an innovation hub".
Within the framework of this meeting, the entity will organize the round table “Innovation in digitalization, artificial intelligence and big data in animal health under a One Health approach” , at 3pm, focused on analyzing how these technologies are transforming research, regulation and innovation in the field of animal health .
The session will feature representatives from administration, research, and industry, who will share experiences and perspectives on the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence-based solutions applied to the One Health approach.
The speakers include representatives from the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS), Elanco Spain, the Autonomous University of Barcelona and IRTA-CReSA .
The conference will bring together scientific experts, the pharmaceutical industry, start-ups and agents from the biomedical ecosystem to discuss the challenges and opportunities linked to biopharmaceutical innovation and the digitalization of the sector.
The event is organized by Farmaindustria, Fenin, AseBio, Veterindustria and Nanomed Spain, with the collaboration of various technology platforms, including the Vet+i Foundation, which has been actively involved in this initiative since 2021.
