Training itinerary for C3 advisors

  • Aimed at the agronomic services of agri-food cooperatives.
  • Seventeen courses will be held between June and July in collaboration with various regional federations and the company Hispatec.

Agri-food cooperatives and their technicians face a new and decisive challenge in the digitalization of the sector. The implementation of the digital farm logbook will mark a milestone in the way farm data is recorded, organized, and utilized for the benefit of farmer members and administrative control systems.

As part of its digitalization strategy, the Spanish Agro-Food Cooperatives (Cooperatives Agro-alimentarias de España) are organizing, together with its regional federations and the technological advisors of Hispatec , 17 training courses for cooperative technicians between June and July . The objective is to assist and facilitate the implementation of the digital farm logbook, which will allow cooperatives to optimize the use of key resources, ensuring precise and sustainable management of inputs such as fertilizers and phytosanitary products. Furthermore, this digitalization fosters transparency and collaboration, while maintaining data ownership in the hands of the farmer partners.

These courses aim not only to ensure comprehensive training in the Cooperative Field Notebook (C3) but also to enhance the concept of "data cooperatives." This ongoing training, designed in practical modules, will facilitate the transition to more advanced, interoperable data management aligned with future developments in regulations and tools.

Duration of each course: 3 days, 4 hours daily, in synchronous online format .

Registration: Interested parties can contact their federation by email. Limited places.

After completing this course, advisors will be able to:

  • Specialize in the use and management of C3.
  • Advise cooperatives and their members on the adoption and efficient use of these digital tools, ensuring an orderly and effective transition.
  • Actively participate in the implementation and territorial deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of the concept of "data cooperatives," driving continuous improvement through the analysis and comparison of agricultural indicators.
