PAC Network organizes a meeting of operational groups in Álava on business models for high-value-added products.
Description
The PAC Network , part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) , is inviting professionals from the agri-food sector to the meeting "Exchange of experiences between operational groups: business models for high added value products in the food chain" , which will be held on 23 and 24 September 2025 at the NEIKER facilities in Arkaute (Álava) . Registration is open until 16 September.
This event is part of the Experience Exchange Cycle between operational groups , which the PAC Network is developing between May and October 2025.
Objective of the day with operational groups on business models for high added value products
The initiative seeks to foster collaboration between stakeholders in the rural environment and agri-food sectors who share common challenges, as well as to highlight the results of innovative projects. Specifically, the objectives of this series are:
- Connecting stakeholders facing similar challenges through innovation.
- Facilitate the transfer of results from Measure 16 of the RDPs and the PNDR 2013-2022, and from Intervention 7161 of the PEPAC 2023-2027, so that solutions already tested in one territory can be implemented in others.
- Increase the visibility of the results of operational groups, bringing them closer to the territory and to the actors who can give them continuity.
- Promote communication and cooperation between AEI-AGRI operational groups and innovation projects within other European programs, focused on developing business models for high-value-added products within the food chain.
The event is aimed at Operational Groups and all those involved in agri-food innovation projects. It is also open to other stakeholders in the rural environment— research centers, companies, cooperatives, and organizations —who may be interested in learning about the results obtained, replicating projects in new territories, or participating in future innovation initiatives.
Participation is free, but pre-registration is required. Registration will be open until September 16, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
