Description
On December 17, the Ernest Lluc Hall of the Ministry of Health will host a conference organized by the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) on various aspects of the control of Listeria monocytogenes in food and the challenges it poses for food safety.
Registrations are reopened due to increased capacity.
