On January 21, 2026, the conference “Stimulating generational change. Incorporation of young people and women into agricultural activity” will be held in Lebrija (Seville) , an initiative aimed at analyzing the current challenges of the sector and publicizing the existing opportunities to facilitate the entry of new professional profiles into agriculture and livestock farming.

The event will take place at the COAG Lebrija headquarters, located on Camino San Benito, s/n (41740 Lebrija, Seville) , and will run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM .

The meeting will focus on one of the major challenges facing rural Andalusia: generational renewal , a key element for ensuring the continuity of farms, the sustainability of the land, and the modernization of the sector. It will also highlight the fundamental role of women and young people as drivers of innovation, entrepreneurship, and transformation of the agri-food system.

This event is aimed at young people interested in starting an agricultural activity , rural women, professionals in the sector, advisors and entities linked to rural development, with the aim of offering useful information, resolving doubts and promoting a more inclusive, dynamic and future-oriented agriculture .
