III International Congress on Artificial Intelligence: SembrAI

On September 25 and 26, Córdoba will host the third edition of SembrAI, an international conference promoting the digital transformation of the agri-food sector. Organized by the INTEC Foundation and the University of Córdoba, and supported by the European Commission, the Regional Government of Andalusia, and the Ministry of Agriculture, it is part of DIH Andalucía's EDIH project, positioning our region at the forefront of European digital innovation in agriculture.
SembrAI was born from a vision: to sow technology and knowledge today to feed the world of tomorrow. A meeting with innovation that transforms the way we grow, produce, raise, fish, and eat.
SembrAI 2025 will bring together more than 100 startups, 1,000 professionals, and representatives from 25 countries for an international event showcasing artificial intelligence solutions applied to agriculture and food. The event will feature an exhibition area, practical workshops using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Gemini, networking opportunities with companies, investors, and cooperatives, and symposia on data, sustainability, and digital transformation. Technology transfer will also be promoted with the presentation of innovative projects in the scientific and business fields.
