Description

Session 1 of the training program "Programa Futuro: Cultivating skills to promote the incorporation of young people into the agri-food sector" will take place next Thursday, June 12th, at the headquarters of the Regulatory Council of the Utiel-Requena Designation of Origin. This first session will officially open the event, organized in collaboration with the Cajamar Group Foundation , as part of the supra-regional training subsidies for the agri-food sector.

The session will focus on analyzing the current situation of the agri-food system and developing key leadership skills in the sector, combining people management content with an innovative approach to sustainable agricultural practices.

The program for the day will be as follows:

  • 9:30 a.m. | Presentation of the event
    By José Miguel Medina Pedrón , president of the CRDO Utiel-Requena, and Jesús García García , territorial director of Cajamar in Valencia.
  • 9:45 a.m. | Leadership and Talent Management
    Presentation by Emilio Jesús del Águila , a lecturer and teacher specializing in team management and leadership skills.
  • 11:00 a.m. | Coffee break
  • 11:30 a.m. | People Management and Teamwork
    Continuation of the workshop with Emilio Jesús del Águila.
  • 2:00 PM | Lunch
  • 3:30 PM | Regenerative Agriculture and the Use of Bioproducts
    Technical session with Carlos Baixauli , director of the Cajamar Experimental Station in Paiporta (Valencia), which will address new sustainable practices in agricultural cultivation.
  • 5:00 PM | End of session

This event represents a unique opportunity for young people and industry professionals interested in updating their skills and exploring new perspectives for a more sustainable and competitive agri-food industry.
