Why ECOGAN?
ECOGAN is a computerized system developed to facilitate environmental assessment in livestock farming. Although it has far exceeded its initial objectives, it remains a little-known tool among some livestock sectors and the general public. This event seeks to consolidate its national and international reach as a benchmark tool for more environmentally friendly livestock farming.
Objectives of the day
The day's objectives include presenting ECOGAN, its progress, achievements, and future prospects, including its potential international expansion; and strengthening institutional support to promote the participation of all stakeholders in the livestock value chain.
